Billy Miller is an 1983 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduation, he served as Praise and Worship leader in a Foursquare Church in Taos, New Mexico. In 1986, Billy went full time into the traveling ministry, both in the U.S. and abroad; ministering in the nations of Mexico, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, England, and Scotland. In 1992, Billy moved to the north of Sweden for two years to help in the pioneering work of five churches and a Bible school in the Kola Peninsula of Russia.
Billy now resides in Rushville, Illinois, and travels out from Faith Christian Family Church, pastored by Rev. Gary Kruzan.
Billy’s ministry is one of preaching and teaching God’s Word, with the revelation gifts and gifts of healing in manifestation. Billy also operates in the ministry of a psalmist as the Spirit wills. There is an emphasis in his ministry for believers to find their place in God and to find their place in the local church.
